We recently hired Monaco Concepts to repair and resurface our pool deck and side yard. We had gotten several quotes prior to proceeding with the work and the reason we chose Monaco was because Tony seemed the most knowledgeable about how to solve our issues with the existing deck surface. The whole team from Aaron to the labourers were extremely professional and kept us advised of the work in progress and what would be done at each step of the process. We also had a cool deck surface applied and already we notice a difference when walking barefoot on the deck. We highly recommend Monaco Concepts.

My drive, sidewalk and patio are absolutely beautiful. They weren't the lowest price, but their work is the best. These people are artists and if you want a truly elegant look to your home, call them. All the employees are polite, personable and knowledgeable. I still can't believe how much work goes into a quality job. They also clean the site every day and although the work is messy, its in perfect condition when they leave.

We just bought a home in Palm Springs, and all of the pool decking needed to be replaced. We received quotes from 4 companies, but it was clear from the beginning that Monaco was the most professional and knowledgeable of all of them. From beginning to end, the project went along without any problems. The only glitch wad when we made the wrong color choice, (our fault), but the company worked with us until the job was to our satisfaction. The manager, Aaron, was amazing and was responsible for a great final result. We would highly recommend Monaco to everyone!

I'm not one to write reviews, but this needs to be said. These guys are true pros. First thing they did was come out to our property to see what was involved. Then they drove us around to several projects they have done in the area so we could see the quality of their work and get an idea of what we wanted to do with our concrete. We were extremely impressed and hired them on the spot. They explained each step of the process and gave us an estimate of how long the job would take to complete. They stuck to the schedule despite record high temperatures. When the prep work was done, it was time to lay down the color. It requires a lot of experience to create a blend of colors that will match whatever is already there, in our case an adjacent stamped concrete patio, a stacked-stone fire pit and the pool tiles. There is no recipe, and there is no going back. They had to get it right, and they did. They nailed it! We could not be happier. From beginning to end, this was a class act. Each day, the crew let us know when they were leaving in case we had any questions. At the end of the job, they cleaned up all the stray debris that finds its way into the flower beds and the pool, whereas most vendors just leave that stuff lying around when their job is done. I cannot recommend Monaco Concepts highly enough. I'd give them 20 stars if that were an option.

We absolutely loved working with Monaco! Amazing product... but what made it even better was the awesome customer service! They were so good at communicating. They got back to us promptly and GREAT follow-up. Very professional, yet also easy and fun to work with. We couldn't believe what a detailed process they go through to install their product. It's the best money we've spent on our home upgrades to date! Highly recommend them! I would not go with anyone else. Monaco is worth every penny - and then some!

Monaco Concepts designed my backyard and installed beautiful stone work in my entrance and on the front of my house. Everything is beautiful and they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the results. We were not in town while the work was being done. My neighbors were so impressed that they came to me and were very complimentary on how neat they left the job site everyday. So pleased with Monaco Concepts and Tony’s professionalism.

Beautiful work. Big job which entailed removing existing layer of really bad cover on front courtyard and back patio. Monaco crew got a perfect color and design and completed both jobs on schedule. Company went over and above in customer service. Love our new outdoor areas!

I hired Monaco Concepts back in March of 2011. Tony and his crew are very nice to deal with from the initial visit to design, to coloring and texture of the overlay and great workmanship. Every time friends come over they always ask who did the work! They think that it was actual tile laid down until I told them it was a overlay alternative to tiling. They were just amazed at the results! I now have just scheduled my 5 year refresher to have all the concrete cleaned, odds and ends repaired and re-sealed to look like new again. I highly recommend Monaco Concepts the best in the Valley.

Tony and his team are artists. We had 1,800 sq ft of patio and pool deck redone by Monaco Concepts. Gone are the cracks and salt stains, replaced by beautiful slate rock deck. We just finished our complete cement resurfacing front, back, entry way, and pool coping with Monaco Concepts. They had to remove old slate stone and pour new cement - not an easy task. Monaco exceeded our expectations - they delivered everything they promised, met deadlines, and more. This is an exceptional company with expert technicians and the ability to design creative hardscapes. The owner has a hands-on approach - on-site multiple times - and picked the color and design himself - he has an eye and an ear for meeting his clients needs. The foreman was extremely professional and was on-site daily making sure the project was done to his high expectations. Our yard was just selected to be on The Garden Tour for Sun City Del Webb - we are very proud to showcase Monaco's workmanship. They are the best in the valley.

Monaco concepts stoned are house and stamped our drive way. Everyone in our Trilogy homes has come by to see Toni work. His work is superior and trust worthy. His employees were great.
